Commercial Steel Buildings Painting Project in Vancouver, WA

Commercial steel building painting

This commercial painting project was great to work on because the end results are impressive. This building had not been painted since new and it was begging for a fresh coat of paint. We used commercial cleaning agents and an aggressive pressure wash to remove all the pollutants from the exterior surfaces. The crew then spot primed any rust spots with an oil based Rustoleum rust inhibitor primer and applied two coats of DTM (Direct to Metal) Acrylic to the corrugated exterior steel surface. We used an Acrylic Urethane for the doors because it dries to a hard shell and can be cleansed to look like new.
