Our customers were disappointed with the original paint from new construction. The contractor grade paint was not holding up well. As an example, when they tried to wipe a mark off the walls - the paint would come off onto the cloth. They were ready for a fresh color and a premium paint. The customers chose a gray tone and we recommended using Miller Paints Evolution Matte. The paint has a dull sheen but is completely washable and is our go to for painting interior walls.
