Vineyard in Banks Oregon

Vineyard in Banks Oregon

Currently we have a crew working on a unique exterior painting project in Banks Oregon. This is a vineyard and they have a unique and spectacular building and setting. This project includes painting the metal tray roof with the total exterior of the building. The guys are enjoying the challenge of the project and the views from the 45' ft man lift. We are using PPG Pitt-Tech Plus DTM (Direct to Metal) Acrylic on the roof. This is after cleaning, pressure washing and spot priming any rust areas on the metal tray roof.. The building has been recently re-sided with Hardi-Plank Panels. The crew applied a coat of all purpose primer/sealer to the siding and then 2 coats of Miller Paints Evolution Satin using a spray and back roll application. With this beautiful fall weather, the team should complete the project this week.
