Wallpaper Removal & Stripping in Vancouver, WA

Wallpaper removal

This wallpaper removal project was challenging due to multiple layers of wallpaper. Some areas were especially difficult to get all the wallpaper off cleanly. Often overlooked, is the wallpaper paste can still be on the walls once the wallpaper is removed. If it’s a clear paste it’s basically invisible.

However, it must be removed before any patching or painting takes place. It is also typical to have some patching and/or texture repair to prepare the walls prior to painting. Sometimes, we need to use a primer to stabilize the surface.
